Egypt Post launches a new automated system for postal logistics and last mile parcel delivery operations, in cooperation with Softec International, the R&D arm of Softec Technologies.

Egypt Post launches a new automated system for postal logistics and last mile parcel delivery operations, in cooperation with Softec International, the R&D arm of Softec Technologies.

Softec Technologies is proud to empower the delivery operations of Egypt Post through its Artificial Intelligence solution (Norma) and a suite of Visibility and Delivery Control Tower solutions developed by Softec. The setup will enable Egypt Post to provide high-quality e-commerce parcel delivery services with amazing customer experience and optimized utilisation of resources.

Dr. Sherif Farouk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Post Authority, said that the launch of the new system is inline with the government's direction to support and develop e-commerce services, implement the strategy of digital transformation and AI to improve public services to citizens.

On the other hand, Nour Shawky, CEO of Softec Technologies, said that he is proud of implementing this project with Egypt Post because it is based on smart and modern solutions with highest international standards built by an Egypt-based R&D team.
